These Leopard jeans  have two layers around the bottom.  Zipper front with waist adjustment. They have a little stretch!                              measurements:

18/24 from waist side to side 8.5 length 18 in

2t waist side to side 9 and length 18.5

3t waist side to size 9.5 and length 21

4t waist side to side 10 and 22 length 

5t waist side to size 10.5 length 23.5

6t waist side to side 10.5 length 25
